Renee LeBlanc has been a dedicated employee of the City of Youngsville since April of 2016. She started as a Utility Billing Clerk and has since been promoted to our Utility Billing Supervisor. Renee had the pleasure of being one of the first graduates of our Leadership Youngsville Class I. Renee is a proud mother and grandmother. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her fiancé Jonathan, their children, and grandchildren. She loves being a part of such a wonderful family-oriented community and growing with the City of Youngsville.
