Kayla Menard Reaux, Youngsville City Councilwoman Division A, is a lifelong resident of the city of Youngsville. She is the daughter of former Youngsville Police Chief, Earl Menard. Kayla serves on the Youngsville Sports Complex Recreation Committee, and co-founded Youngsville’s second Mardi Gras Krewe, Krewe la Vie Doux. Kayla has three children, Brette, Kinley and Landon.
