Youngsville Adopt-A-Road Program
The purpose of the Youngsville Adopt-A-Road Program is to provide a means whereby civic minded organizations wishing to participate in the beautification of the City of Youngsville roadways, and publicly owned areas may contribute toward the goal by contracting with COY to collect litter, or any other project meant to increase awareness or to enhance the beauty of our community. COY will work with the adopting organizations and groups to determine the specific needs and areas eligible for adoption. Certain areas are not suitable for adoption because of hazardous conditions.
