- The first community in the Parish to embrace roundabouts (traffic circles)
- Multi-million dollar 116-acre Youngsville Sports Complex, which draws over a million visitors annually including baseball softball fields, the Youngsville Recreation Center, Tennis Center, soccer fields, beach volleyball complex, splash park, and the Youngsville Amphitheater
- Approved $25 million in road infrastructure improvement projects
- Approved $25 million in water and sewer infrastructure projects
- Approved funding and plans for Linear Park, to provide connectivity throughout the city
- Online resources are available for both commercial and residential development
