Household Hazardous Waste Day

Household Hazardous Waste Day for the city of Youngsville will take place Saturday, June 9th from 8am – noon at Youngsville Public Works, 310 Railroad Ave.  Available for residents who reside within the Youngsville city limits.  Do you have excess hazardous waste cluttering your home or garage? Dispose of it in an eco-friendly way. Below is a list of household hazardous waste items we will be accepting.

2019 Youngsville Mardi Gras Parade Announced

The City of Youngsville is excited to announce the 2019 Youngsville Mardi Gras Parade will be held Saturday, March 2nd at 11am!  The city is accepting applications for floats and permits to be included in the March 2, 2019 Mardi Gras parade starting Monday, January 7, 2019.

Parade participants must pre-register and provide a photo ID along with proof of insurance at Youngsville City Hall, 305 Iberia St., between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday. Cost is $175 per float/$100 per vehicle. Save time and pre-register ONLINE HERE.

Mayor Ritter is pleased to announce that DREAMS COME TRUE OF LOUISIANA with sweet dream child Dylan, will lead this year’s parade.  The Parade will take the same route this year, starting at the Youngsville Sports Complex on Savoy Road and ending at the Sports Complex.
